Historically speaking, we have to be near the bottom of the market. I believe the last 10 transactions in the Dunes have been cash transactions.    With some of the sales being distressed sales, cash is king in this marketplace at this time. Very nice unit. This market is really controlled by price. When the price drops to a certain level, there is a number of buyers looking to buy, as the market tends to be very price driven. Even with the recent dip in the market, I've had success in selling condo units here at The Dunes. What I'm seeing is that there are many potential buyers in this Naples market, but many on just sitting on the fence to see if prices will fall even further. However, with this being said, no one will be able to pick the actual "bottoming" of the market, as it will have already came and went.
